Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIHub (the "Service"), operated at ai.toolly.site as part
of the Toolly.site ecosystem (the "Company"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
(the "Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. You acknowledge
that you have read and understood these Terms before using the Service.
Important: These terms were last updated in August 2025. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
Service Description
AIHub provides a collection of AI-powered writing tools, including but not limited to blog writers,
ad copy generators, product description generators, translators, summarizers, and other text-generation
utilities. All tools are completely free and require no signup, no credits, and no payment.
The Service uses third-party AI models (OpenAI GPT and Anthropic Claude) to process user-submitted text
and generate output. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated
content.
Eligibility
You must meet the following requirements to use AIHub:
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under 18, you need parental or guardian consent.
You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws.
You are responsible for any content you submit to the Service.
Accounts & Access
No account required
AIHub offers 20 tools that are completely free and require no account, signup, credits, or payment.
All tools are available with unlimited use.
Local storage
Your theme preference (dark/light) is stored in your browser's local storage. Clearing browser data
will reset your theme preference.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use AIHub to:
Generate illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or defamatory content.
Create content that infringes on someone else's intellectual property rights.
Generate spam, phishing emails, or deceptive content intended to defraud others.
Produce content that promotes violence, self-harm, or harm to minors.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the Service excessively.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of access
and permanent ban from the Service.
Intellectual Property
Our rights
The Service, including its design, branding, code, and features, is owned by the Company and
protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of
the Service without our written permission.
Your generated content
Content generated by AIHub's tools is yours to use. You retain ownership of the output you
generate. However, because AI-generated content may incorporate patterns from training data,
we cannot guarantee that output is entirely original or free from third-party claims.
Tip: Always review AI-generated content for originality before publishing it commercially.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for the text you submit to AIHub's tools. By submitting text, you
represent and warrant that:
You have the right to submit the text and grant permission for it to be processed by AI models.
The text does not violate any law or third-party rights.
The text does not contain sensitive personal data (such as health records, financial information, etc.) of others.
We do not monitor user-submitted text (as it's not stored on our servers), but we may investigate
and act upon reports of abuse.

Pricing
All AIHub tools are 100% free. There are no payments, no credits, and no subscription required.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without
warranties of any kind — express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times.
AI-generated content will be accurate, reliable, or suitable for your purpose.
Errors or defects in the Service will be corrected immediately.
The Service is free of harmful components or viruses.
You use AIHub at your own risk. Always review and verify AI-generated content before using it
in any professional, commercial, or legal context.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Damages resulting from your use of or reliance on AI-generated content.
Damages caused by third-party services (AI providers, payment processors).
Service interruptions, outages, or downtime.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed $50 USD.
Termination
You may stop using AIHub at any time. No need to deactivate anything — just close the tab.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause,
including if you violate these Terms.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers,
limitation of liability) shall remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date
at the top of this page. For significant changes (e.g., new pricing, changed refund policy),
we'll display a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.
Continued use of AIHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you don't agree with the changes, stop using the Service.
